The PrintJobManager team has made a number of changes and enhancements in the latest release. In addition to numerous tweaks and fixes, we have created the following key new features:
Updated Job Summary Ticket
As part of our ongoing enhancements, we have received feedback from our customers and have an updated Job Summary Ticket available to users. This will replace the current “Job Details” ticket.
The new Job Summary Ticket provides more information related to a job. We’ve added expanded fields for material, production notes, customer notes, custom fields and product engine options.
In the next release, PrintJobManager will be updating the Order Summary Ticket and the Job Ticket. Stay tuned for those updates.
New Reorder Function
One of the new features that we’ve included in this release is a new “Reorder” function for an entire order.
This feature works in the same way as “Copy Job to New Order”, but with the Reorder, a user can now copy the entire order into a new order number. All of the order information is copied and transferred to a new order number, as well as all jobs associated with the order.
Expanded Email Editor
Thanks to requests from our users, we have included a new feature that will improve the ability to edit PrintJobManager’s email templates.
We also have added a button that will expand the email editor into a new screen. This will give users better visibility to the entire email for editing.
PrintJobManager has updated our authentication security. When a user has 5 bad password attempts in 10 minutes, PrintJobManager will lock out the user for 10 minutes.
In addition to resolving some issues, the PrintJobManager team has resolved bugs regarding navigation, the List Manager, Quantity Definition Field reference, integrated payment methods, tool tips, and much more.
