New Columns Available for List View
PrintJobManager now displays the pre-tax price and shipping cost of the job in List view. The pre-tax price is the price of the job after the price group and shipping charges have been applied, but before the taxes are applied. As seen in the image below, use the List Manager to configure the list by selecting the new column in the “Remaining Columns” field and click the right arrow to move it into the “Used Columns” field, then Save.
Purchase Order Number Added to Order Summary Tickets
Order summary tickets now display the purchase order (PO) number, as shown in the example below. The Order Summary Ticket contains all relative information for an order as a whole.
New Columns in Scheduling By Resources
The Scheduling module is designed to give you a multi-level view of the jobs inside PrintJobManager so that you can determine how to efficiently run your print shop. Choosing “Scheduling By Resources” enables you to see all of the jobs that have a process related to a resource (your printer, for example). We have enhanced Scheduling by Resources so that it now includes columns for “Organization” and “Customer.” Select the Gear icon and choose Settings to add these columns.
